As a non-profit community space committed to making our food affordable and never charging children to participate, we rely on donations to provide our youth programming!

You can make a donation specifically towards our youth budget by visiting our Canada Helps page and adding "for youth" in the message box. Thank you so much for supporting our kids!

TLC is a summertime volunteer experience for high school students. Teens apply for one of two specialized streams - Front of House or Culinary Focus -  and spend 4 days working alongside our fantastic staff to get a taste of the 541 community and get those community service hours!

Teen Leadership Camp is not being offered in 2023

541 has a diverse team of 200 wonderful volunteers, including teens! If you are age 16+, or have completed our Teen Leadership Camp, we would love to have you join the team. Our volunteers work hard serving customers, making meals, and helping with our kids programs.
