community programs for neighbourhood youth
541 uses the funds from cafe sales and donations to run free programs for teens in our neighbourhood. This includes after-school programming with homework help, a nutritious meal/snack, board games, mentoring, skill development, and more!

Current Programming for Teens (13-17):
DROP-IN: Tuesday 3:30-5:30pm

As a non-profit community space committed to making our food affordable and never charging children to participate, we rely on donations to provide our youth programming!

TEEN LEADERSHIP CAMP
TLC is a summertime volunteer experience for high school students. Teens apply for one of two specialized streams - Front of House or Culinary Focus - and spend 4 days working alongside our fantastic staff to get a taste of the 541 community and get those community service hours!
